Moira S. Verified Wow wow wow! These guys are amazing! I inherited this home and as an early childhood educator, it has been very difficult to maintain alone. When this rat situation came up, I freaked out and panicked. Money! My wiring! The house structure! All the worry came in my mind. They are honest (which was not my experience with the first company I used) they are completely thorough! They are knowledgeable! I have been dealing with rats for over a year and as soon as they came in, they fixed the breaches, they also gave all the recommended things to do in the home that is preventative to make sure we aren't giving those rats food of any sort. They made sure to confirm when to bring them on (now not the right time, they said good to wait until remodel is done, so trustworthy behavior vs just starting now when the problem could come back since remodel has garage door open all day still). Jenny R. Verified RATS NO MORE! I spent months with rats and thousands of dollars with another company who couldn't find where the rats where entering. Eric and staff showed me pictures where they were coming in through the attic fan (not your typical point of entry). Once properly sealed the rats were gone. I manage several properties and have had rats / mice issues over the years. They know right where to find the spots where the rats / mice come in through and have sealed them up.
